Pastor William "Bobby" Fultz wants to teach and train others to be ready to go into the jails and prisons to minister to the incarcerated.

There's alot to know and be aware of, so Pastor Fultz has a training schedule that includes leadership training, and also special focus on the needs of the inmates as well as the protocol and rules for being a jail and prison volunteer.
